Sintering plant

        There are three sets of 180m2 sintering machine and 360m2sintering machine. Equipped withhigh basicity sinter for BF, the sintering plant are playing the leading role in technological equipment, automatic control standard and technical and economic index in China. Now the annual capacity has reached 13 million ton.

Coking Plant

        There are 6 sets of 6m-55 hole coke oven, 3 sets of 140t/h dry coke quenching and complete set of chemical production facilities. Using techniques such as JN60-6 large capacity coke oven,dry coke quenching, coke oven self-heating, advanced dust removal for protecting environment and all automatic control, it is a big modern coking plant with rational craft, advanced techniques and the first equipment. The main product is the first grade furnace coke for large capacity BF and now its annual capacity has reached 3.3 million.

        The main facilities are 3 sets of 2600m3 large BF, as well as related assist utilities. The plant applies advanced technology, such as copper chill wall, thin skinned lining, sofe water obturation circulation, INBA processing system, DAVY taper gas cleaning, TRT power generation by waste heat. Meanwhile, the rectangle pottery fuel chamber and air-gas warm-up are deployed for the stove. Now the annual capacity has reached 6.5 million ton.
       The main facilities are 5 sets of 480 m3 BF, equipped with down-fired furnace, gas dry separator, and gasometer,O2-enrichment coal blast, with annual capacity of 3.5 million ton.
Steel-making line
· EAF
       there are 5 EAF steelmaking lines. The main facilities are 3 sets of 100t ultrahigh power EAF, a set of 90t ultrahigh power EAF, a set of 75t ultrahigh power EAF, 3 sets of 100t LF, a set of 90t LF, a set of 75t, a set of 100t VOD, a set of 100t VD, 3 sets of five strand-five machines casters, a set of six strand-six machines casters and a set of four strand-four machines casters. And now its annual capacity has reached 6 million ton.
·BOF
       The main facilities are 3 sets of hot metal treatment system, 3 sets of 180t converters, 3 sets of 180t twin ladle LF, 2 sets of RH, 3 sets of slab casters, together 5 strands, a set of eight strand-eight machines billet casters and as well as related assist utilities such as gas recovery, steam recovery and steel slag granulation. Sublance technology and dynamic control model, top-bottom combined blowing and slag splashing technologies applied in BOF process. Carry-over slag detection from ladle to tundish, non-oxidation protecting casting, mould hydraulic oscillation, automatic mould level control, mould on-line width control and dynamic soft reduction as well as slab quality perdition and control applied in CC process. Now its annual capacity reaches 6.5 million ton.
       There are 3 sets of 40-ton converters, 2 sets of 40-ton LF, 3 argon blowing stations, 2 sets of five machines strand-five slab casters. Alag splashing technologies applied in BOF process, and Carry-over slag detection from ladle to tundish, non-oxidation protecting casting applied in CC process. Now its annual capacity reaches 2.5 million ton.
Hot strip coil line
       There are 3 sets of reheating furnaces and 2+7 sets of 1700 mills, among which a set of 2-wheeled rough mill, a set of 4-high reversible mill and 7 sets of finish mills are applied, equipped with high pressure descraping, laminar cooling facilities and 3 sets of rolling equipment with on-line binding, weighing and spray printing functions. It is an international production standard line including directly reheating techniques, HAGC, working roll system, second-grade advanced automatic system and detecting instrument. now its annual capacity reaches 4.5 million ton.
wide-thick plate production line
       The main facilitiesof one-stage project include: a twice cutting line, 2 sets of step-by-step reheating furnace, a high pressure descraping systems, 5000mm 4-high reversible mills with vertical edging rolls, a ACC stelmor cooling system, a hot leveling machine, 2 sets of step-by-step runout tables, a side examination table, a shearing line, a cool leveling machine and other relevant equipment. The main facilities of two-stage project cover: a reheating line, a wide and heavy plate processing line, a step-by-step runout table, a lacquering line and so on. Equipped with hot delivering and installing, HAGC, plate controlling, flat controlling, rolling controlling, stelmor cooling controlling techniques and complete advanced automatic detection system, it is a international standard heavy line. The one-stage annual capacity reaches 1.8 million ton, and the two-stage annual capacity reaches 2 million ton.
       The one-stage wide and heavy plate line will bring into production in the fourth quarter of 2006.
Wire line
       It owns 5 lines with the same equipment standard. The facilities of single line are: a 150t/h step-by-step beam rolling reheating furnace, a 26-rack single line high speed rolling units, stelmor cooling line and P/F cooling system. Its annual capacity reaches 4 million ton.
Bar and rod line
      There are two 18-rack complete tandem mill lines, two 18-rack alternately horizontal and vertical twist free tandem mill lines and a 16-rack alternately horizontal and vertical twist free tandem mill lines. Its annual capacity reaches 4.5 million ton.
