With the import of the-state-of-the-art equipment and application of international advanced technologies in the Group, Shagang ITC is always involved in the process of import of facilities and spate parts for the members of the Group. The annual import contracts amount to 10,000 with a total expenditure of USD300-400 million. The main imported facilities and spare parts cover a complete set of production line with electric arc furnace, continuous casting machine, tandem rolling mill and their spate parts, a complete set of production line of blast furnace, LD converter, continuous casting machine and their spare parts, a complete set of coking production line and its spare parts, a complete set of air separation plant and its spare parts as will as mechanical and electrical parts and products. While acting as the bridge between suppliers and members of the Group in promoting technical exchange and cooperation, Shagang ITC takes an active part in providing products and services to other customers other than Shagang.
