Backed by Shagang Group we will expand and strengthen our business and make Shagang ITC a leading and competitive international trading company.

Firstly, enhanced service to the Group. Fully backed by the Group, Shagang ITC will pursue its business in outsourcing iron ore supply to secure bulk raw materials, in exporting steel products as its main task supplemented by export of byproducts as well as in importing equipment, technologies and spare parts.

Secondly, extension of non-steel business. Shagang ITC will make full use of the existing channels and platforms, and the brand credential and scale of economy of the Group to vigorously explore non-steel business in the world market arena, and expand and strengthen its international trade so as to enhance its corporate image.

Thirdly, boost the training of internationalized personnel. We will take a “people-oriented” concept as our guideline for development, recruit professionals of forward-thinking and pragmatic undertaking in order to build up a new platform for talents developing. We will encourage self education while providing opportunities of academic education, implement a training policy for on-job-training with theory and practice and build up a specialized team of professionals with high moral both at work and in the community.
